  • Julia has been working in the Mental Health field for 12+ years. She began her clinical work with children and families in rural Kentucky; once she returned to Illinois, Julia moved into Private Practice and focused her work on emerging adults .

What We Offer:

  • Individual Therapy

    NCC offers individual therapy sessions for anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, grief and loss, life transitions and disordered eating.

  • Couples Therapy

    NCC offers therapy for couples who are partnered or married. Abigail has extensive experience working with Couples within the LGBTQ+ community (monogamous and non-monogamous)

  • Clinical Supervision

    Julia is a seasoned clinician who began supervising provisionally licensed clinicians in 2018. Julia offers individual and group supervision for LCSW, LCPC and LMFT candidates.

  • Consulting

    Whether you are in need of a mental health expert to speak at your next event, a supervisor to train staff or simply to consult on ethical issues, NCC provides both 1:1 and group options.

A: Both!

  • NCC uses a HIPAA Compliant tele-health platform throughout Illinois

  • We have 2 in-person locations in Lakeview East (see below for more info!)

Q: What does therapy cost?

A: With in-network insurance:

  • Sessions typically cost an office co-pay

For out- of-network or self-pay:

  • Intake sessions cost: $200

  • Ongoing-sessions cost: $175

In compliance with the No Surprises Act, all healthcare providers are requires to notify clients of their Federal rights and protections against surprise billing from an out-of-network provider.
